The two-day event kicked off with hundreds of delegates being welcomed by a programme packed full of industry-leading lecturers, exhibitors and hands-on sessions across three floors of the QEII.

Delegates were originally drawn to the event by the world-class speakers that were in attendance including Raymond Bertolotti, Scott Finlay, Eric Van Dooren, Stanley Malamed, Bill Robbins and many more.
